"My partner was working on automating the stuff and just going through LinkedIn to find out what automations we can have for client reporting," Sid shared. "We weren't able to do it because we had to learn Make, we had to learn Airtable and all that."

The centralized project management system became an essential daily tool. "We've been using the project management, the daily task regularly," said Sid. "That's one thing that's keeping us in check as well. I used to even write it down in my own book and everything, but that's one thing that we really use a lot."
